Talented, specialist teachers work with small groups of children to develop skills and ignite a passion.

The Obstinate Object

The whole school enjoyed visiting the exhibition 'The Obstinate Object: Contemporary New Zealand Sculpture' at the City Gallery and it fitted beautifully with our study of patterns and how they are made.

We got to make some art ourselves while we were there.

It had a shark jaw at the centre of it.

My favourite was the hallway that was full of strings and there was paint and the paint was the colour of the string and cardboard covered the pipes.
