The time has arrived.... lights, cameras and Fair Day action! This has been months in the prepping. Packing, unpacking, making lists, communicating, connecting, clearing, talking, sorting, organising, hoping, making.... all of the verbs - all of the doing words we can think of.

Along with the doing, there has been a whole lot of thinking... the thinking to then do the doing.

What we can say with great confidence is that we are extremely fortunate to have a parent community who are givers, contributors and who understand the difference a School Fair will make for our Worser Bay children.

Whatever the weather gods decide on Sunday (and so far so good), it will be a terrific event, the children will love it, past pupils and parents will come back, the staff and parents will be getting stuck in, we will be smiling, we will be proud and we will be especially appreciative and grateful for the Fair Team and all of the key workers to bring it all together.

In these times, many schools are struggling to pull a Fair like this off. So, when we say we are a community school, I think we really need to shout it out from the hill!
